ACDELCO GOLD

COLORS
All GM Parts come in three tiers identified by the color of the packaging:
- Blue indicates GM Original Equipment parts
- Gold metallic indicates ACDelco Gold parts
- Silver metallic indicates ACDelco Silver parts
DOTS
Each tier of GM Parts can also be identified by the pattern of dots on the bottom-right corner of the package:
- Three dots indicate a GM Original Equipment part
- Two dots indicate an ACDelco Gold part
- One dot indicates an ACDelco Silver part
GM OE FLAG
An Original Equipment part can always be identified by the Genuine GM OE Flag on the package for both GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco Original Equipment parts.

HAVE A COUNTERFEIT PART?
If you suspect a part you have purchased is fake, or if you have information regarding counterfeit activities, please contact the GM Global Brand Protection Team by clicking the email us button. Be sure to include as much information as possible, as well as detailed pictures of the part, packaging (including return address), invoice and receipt. Please do not dispose of the part and other materials, as they may be requested for authentication purposes. All personal information will be treated in accordance with the GM Privacy Statement. You should receive a response within five business days.
GLOBAL SECURITY LABELS
Our packaging was designed to align us as a global brand. We increased our internal security features to deter infringing by making it more difficult to replicate. In this new packaging, we embedded overt technology features in the packaging and labels to assist in the detection and prevention of the misuse of our assets.
